  • Integrated logistics insights with sales and profitability (Sales data-mart). This enabled decision makers identify and discover the impact that supply chain components like distribution channels, production line operations, time-to-delivery,  work order and material usage had on the company's overall profitability.
  • The project was built on top of the company’s custom supply-chain and logistics system, using IBM Infosphere and IBM Cognos suite of products.
